SAIRAM INFRATECH (Pvt) Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of SRISAIRAM Projects Ltd. The objectives of Sairam Infratech are similar to those of the parent company. The company will serve as the vehicle – SPV (Special purpose vehicle) for entering into joint ventures with strategic investors in the reality and infrastructure space. In line with its avowed objective of facilitating big-ticket funds from around the world into Indian Real-estate, Sairam Infratech has setup a branch office in New Jersey, USA.
